FC Barcelona Finances

Let us see 1-2 seasons behind the fully built operating stadium, and then we'll see how the finances will look.

All of this and that, calculation, revenue, amortization. At the end of the day, when Camp Nou is full on operating level and completed, our finances will be boosting.

It is hard to beat sell out crowds at 100.000 fans. Most VIP seats of any known stadium with 9400 luxury seating. And so on. It will bring a load of money and will spike our revenue.

At the end of the day, it`s all about all of this and that.

Sure, tough to beat 100k, if you look at just match days with full stadium (assuming similar prices ). I think you will be surprised.

Barcelona has officially broken the 1 billion € in revenue for the first time ever. 33% increase overall.

Progress been gargantuan. Imagine with proper stadium, parking spaces, VIP seats, Espai Barca and myriad of other stuff.

It gonna print cash.

The most important part is, that the club closes the year with a profit and that the balance isn't artifically pushed by scam transfers like Pjanic/Arthur or Cillessen/Neto as Bartomeu did. That means it operates healthy and loans are no problem.

Other than that, it needs to keep the salaries in an healthy percentage of the annual revenue, not like it was under Bartomeu 80-100%. Laporta reduced it significantly, but with success and young players coming of age, they'll demand more and more. Laporta and Deco need to watch out here not to lose the healthy structure they've built.

That said the club still has a big potential with the Nou Camp Nou, because it still operates on roughly 50% income, if not less. Because there are still 40% viewers missing as well as 2 entire VIP rings. But also not forgetting that the club will start to pay back for the stadium with around 80-100m/y once it's operating on 100%.

Also the club played the start of last season in the Jordi Cruyff and Montjuic estadi. So overall, the near future looks good in improving the finances of the club.

They can't fill the stadium now on a regular basis. They won't fill it with max capacity.

I'm the same, prefer away games until CN is finished. But they will have to drop the crazy prices once we go to 105k, they are taking it too far.

Listening to Talk FCB, he's saying we still have 70m of ffp space, after all our summer signings.

We are rich!.

Our entire economy is debt economy, the USURA. Not really something to hold against Barca, especially, when confronted to clubs owned by money printers.

Yeah. But still way way most in-debt sports club in the world is Barca. 1 billion more than Madrid. And they are doing their shannanigans with land conversions again so they will get out of it faster than us.
