He had 2 of the best touches and dribbles this half, but in terms of midfield presence, he hasn't stood out at all, I agree.
 
He's an exciting player and did his man dirty on at least two occasions. It will take some time though. We're already covered in that position anyway.
 
He certainly has some standout qualities for his age, but I struggle to see a position for him so far in what we play.
 
Didn’t make the right decisions in every action but you can see what he brings, easily powering through the middle of defenses
 
He oozes quality. We are not in the shitter anymore, so we don't have to force it, but I would love for Hansi to find a sensible squad role for him.

Don't see it without an injury crisis, at least this season. Every position he can play in is double and tripple staffed. Maximum he can achieve this season is most likely rotating between senior and atletic training sessions and getting a debut somewhere in the season.
 
I remain convinced he will figure into 1st team a lot this season - even if only in training but I absolutely believe he will get minutes
 
He should get 20-30 minutes against weaker teams when we need to rest some players. Show him he is wanted early on so we don’t have another Dro situtation in our hands.
 
He’s only 16 years old. His first serious game for the first team. Take it easy with him. There’s no need to dissect and analyze every pass and decision he made in that game. He’s promising, but not every kid has to be Yamal.

It would be ideal if we had a B team playing in the second division, and I think Deco and Bojan should focus a bit more on making that happen. Or at least third division.
 
No need to force it with him we are well covered in the AM spot.

That being said we have two Midfielder that are made out of class. So he will have opportunities

Will be different gravy partnered with the first team. Yes, he didn't look Dowman potential in the hole, but he was decent.

Most important thing though is him looking the level in the training, while realising that matches will be a process and that he will benefit most from staying in the Barcelona environment with full matchesBarca Athletic for half a season or a full one, and 20 minutes here and there in the A.
 
It's going to be interesting where it goes from here. If he reaches his full potential Olmo and Fermin should worry about minutes, not him. And I don't think he's far from it either. Yamal and Cubarsi only needed a chance and there was no going back regardless of age.

No way he should be anywhere near 1st team this season. He needs regular play time. Should be out on loan soon.

Stay in Barca B this year, train with the A team. Go on loan next year. And then maybe in 2028 we'll see.
