CL Quarter Final: Barca - Atletico 0-2

In any case, let's hope we can celebrate the new forum with a much needed win tonight, as I don't like going to the Metropolitano with the necessity of having to win there. While Madrid getting their ass handed to them in every competition, we can play another great season.

Hopefully Lamine and Fermin will hold themselves back, as they'll miss the return game if they're booked tonight. Simeone will certainly try to annoy and provoke them.
 
Atletico's away CL record is one of the worst in competition. Think we should handle them without too much problems.
 
Hope we can go to the Metropolitano with a two goal lead. Would make me way more relaxed than a narrow win, or even worse, draw or a loss.
 
It's going to be interesting to see who plays in attack. I don't think it's smart starting the lazy trio of Lewa, Yamal and Trashy, our pressing will be horrible in that case. Probably best to try again with Olmo in false 9 but that's far from ideal also. Rapha's injury really fucked us up. Hope Kounde is ready for 90 minutes too because we need Eric in midfield.

Im expecting at tough match, Atletico in CL is always different to La Liga. They are much stronger at home so a result with 2+ goals difference today is important.
 
Don't know how to feel about this one. Obviously very excited for the game.

Home game at Camp Nou with higher capacity should be reason enough to feel positive about this one. The game in Copa has shown that Barça fans can create a nice atmosphere.

Atleti will come with a lot of aggression after the game at the weekend. Take this as a chance.

Let's hope Lamine and Fermin can keep their cool. Would be a pity if one of these misses out on the return leg.
 
The atmosphere in Camp Nou was amazing when we played against Newcastle. You could see the atmosphere motivating players to give those extra few percents of effort, especially when pressing.

If we want to win big tonight, Camp Nou has to be at the loudest it has been in past few years.

Just don't give them early lead and we should be fine controlling the game. Also need to be clinical with our finishing when given the chance. So tired of us having the game in complete control in the first half yet the game is still tied because we wasted some prime scoring chances and the opponent scored from their only chance.

The entire point is to make players who are not used to deliver high intensity performances for 90 mins rise up. If you don't do it on occasions like these at least, you don't belong in this team even on the bench.

We need Lewa and Rashford for this. And we need their motivated hard working versions.
