To be fair that was the beginning of Kompany at Bayern. Nobody was yet sure if he's man for the job. He learnt a lot since then and think their squad got better too

He tried going band for band with Flick's team in that game, and I don't think any team in the world survives that except maybe PSG. You have to be just a little pragmatic and patient, and you will likely get your rewards

If we played a game again, his approach would be different
 
I'd be quite suprised if Bayern somehow managed to KO Q$G even with them having the return leg at home.

I expect a true game of football. Their game in league stage has been somewhat boring imo, maybe because of the red card. Now we need a shitshow

Kudos to Kompany. Bayern's strength is sometimes hard to gauge due to Bundesliga, but it seems like he elevated them right to the top again.
 
Watch how bayern defends. It is also high line but different approach and movements. Psg plays differently but Bayern is interesting to watch
