Just for the record, we wanted him long before his move to BVB, we were interested since 2019 when he was in Salzburg B team and was deemed as Halaand future replacement there.

True but at least we could possibly get him for around the same price now than we would 5 years ago and not pay 4-5 times more like it's usually the case.
 
Why didn’t we manage to snatch Bellingham in 23 when we have been scouting Dortmund payers? Absolutely gutted he plays for the Franco’s club when he had been a Barca and Messi fan his whole childhood. I don’t think I have been more gutted for having missed a transfer.

Because during the summer Bellingham moved for 130m, Barca's entire budget was capped at 30m, which we spent on Roque and Oriol Romeu. We could've afforded one of Bellingham's legs. Maybe.

You’d be deeply regretting this comment by the end of the world cup, nvm 4-5 years. We missed such an obvious transfer for us due to the corruption from the previous board when we could have sat in billions in profits every year during Messi’s time. Its like how man united fans were calling him overrated and have quickly accepted he is the best performer in English shirt they have ever seen in tournaments. Guy was a massive massive Barca and Messi fan. Fuck Barto pos for having ruined our club , Messi’s prime and making us so poor we couldn’t even afford the most obvious transfer for us (it’ll be so so obvious in hindsight). Seriously I wanna fucking kill him. I had even taken a selfie with that rat at the airport on the way back home from Barcelona’s game against United in 18-19 CL quarterfinals. I was oblivious to how evil that guy was for the club. Most horrible thing I might have ever done lol
 
It's too bad Laporte already went back to civilisation last year so now we can't get him from Bilbao, it would be easier from the arab shithole. He could be our new Inigo for a few years seeing how well he plays with Cuba in WC.

But yeah, we aren't searching for CBs anyway.

We shouldn’t be looking for Romero or Laporte kinda CB even if they are great/good in their own way. We need Upamecano/VVD kinda CB partner for Cubarsi. The height, pace, physicality and defensive profile in that mould.
 
Not really those two names but I agree we need a young CB with that profile but it won't happen so a solid cheap option as Laporte would be ok but no chance Bilbao sells for cheap to us now. We should get him last dummer as a direct replacement for Inigo, we could probably even swap them or make some sort of deal when we let Inigo go.

He and Cuba look great together but it's true they don't play the suicide line and aren't sureounded with retard fullbacks as they would be in Barca.

Frenkie on a technical level is maybe 10 times the player.

It would only make sense if we sell Frenkie for double the price and gain some insane profit, but not happening. Else we are just downgrading massively for a few bucks.
