What I mean by that is he will not hide away if an away stadium is booing him or giving him stick. Infact, quite the opposite.
The more he is hated, the harder he fights back. Many of his best performances were against Liverpool, whose fans didn't like him due to Everton connections.
He's not scared of making himself unpopular and will give fans a bit of stick back. His mentality, compared to a guy like Palmer for example, is absolute night and day.
