But we do have to reinforce the position... I just learned Christensen might stay because of some FFP loophole so we have the "veteran", but we still need somebody at least as good as Martin as backup/starter - Ara is a stupid and rough hothead that'll cost us a red card in any important match, dude has 0 "feeling" and just rushes in without thinking. It's being reported flick doesn't see CB we a priority this summer

I'm also starting to rate him highly, dude just continues to grow as a player. But we still need at least 1 VERY good backup in case one of Cuba or Martin is out injured. Than we can also rotate Christensen and Cortes + Campos, especially Cortes to give him some experience and confidence - I believe in him. But I wouldn't count on Ara, dude is a donkey - a ticking bomb.He rates martin highly it seems.
Hopefully we sell Ara... But some people told me something about a loophole for Christensen, that his wage wouldn't count towards FFP in some way or another. I didn't get the full explanation. But if there really is such a loophole than sure give him another year - but still unclear if he even wants to accept? If both Christensen and Ara leaves and we sign a good CB that could compete with Martin and Cuba, or at least be a VERY decent backup - we still would need another backup, preferably an alright Spanish veteran for cheap. Just throwing in Cortes when shit hits the fan is a disatser waiting to happen...Both Cubarsi and Martin have been impeccable in the last month in securing the league but it's still a good idea to go for another good CB as Araujo and Christensen(Fecked by injuries) cannot be relied on at this point.
Fullbacks have become yet another problem, our two first choices (Balde/Kounde) have really fallen off hard this season, especially Kounde who has been off the mark.
Been reported Flick wants a different type of CB anyway. Probably a more athletic one.
At least his fee won't skyrocket if he played well in the WC... wait, he was the reason they didn't qualifyWe are in May, so I think it is fair to explore the market now.
I won't be surprised if we go back after him in few weeks. Or maybe even a worse or cheaper option due to the market

now that’s impossiblea big upgrade on Martin.
Good for him lol, RM will fail even more under Jose - there's just to many lose ends in that club for Mou to tie together. Dude can talk his talk to the media and try to derail what shit is really about, but this time it well end badly for him and RM.Jose might sign him
Jose might sign him
