I also think if no elite striker is available, it's best to look intern and create a hybrid striker instead of wasting money. Flick has many offensive options. Maybe look for some kind of Luuk de Jong option during the last days to have on the bench when needed.
 
Club was about to sell him for 500k to some polish team, if it were not Xavi stopping them. Xavi's biggest achievements as coach is this and stopping Cubarsi to City.
 
This guy would absolutely cook on the EPL i cannot wait to see the 150m bid on him next summer.

Only an idiot would trade a player who provides assists, scores, dribbles, and presses for a player who only scores (though he fails to do so in finals and very often flops in top matches).

Haaland or any WC 9 is going to provide more when it matters. Haaland at Barca will be a cheat code.

Fermin is great and he does provide all of that. He's just not a midfielder but a great attacker more than anything. Let's see what happens though
 
Probably my favorite player in this squad. Very likeable and most importantly, always works his socks off. Crazy they wanted to sell him last summer.
