21 - Frenkie de Jong

A Rodri, Frenkie, Pedri midfield will be tasty. Those 3 combining has the potential to be legendary. And with our new speed demons in front of them could be an epic season.

In some matches he could, if be flexible (which he by all evidences isn't unfortunately). Especially against sides that are great at keep-ball themselves, like PSG. This midfield would be close to Xaviesta+Busi tier control. Don't think fancies that though. His Aryan spirit only allows one way - ATTACK!

So not only did Frenkie let the club down with his irresponsible Umtiti decision to play the WC with a damaged knee, he now refuses surgery and makes it impossible for Barca to deregister him for a long injury and use his salary for a backup.
That's exactly how you make the club and fans hate your ass.

There's nothing new there really. He opted for a conservative route instead of operation.

Apparently the conservative route was to be 4 weeks in total - the club feels that this time span is over already and the assessment for surgery is due. Frenkie however is adamant that the four week period started when he returned and not when he initially was on break, even though he basically did the same physical therapy program (so in reality, bogus excuse just to drag things out, because he doesn't want to do the, clearly necessary, knee surgery).

For a guy who acts dumb with the excuse of 'me have no brain, Dutch doc says knee ok for play' he seems to be very reluctant to listen to our own medical experts - maybe we should hire a Dutch doctor in a Koeman suit to tell him? Would be an instant acceptance.

The fact that he is so tight with Ter Stegen speaks volume of his stance towards the board and club in general.

This shit is hilarious

Barça interviewing de Jong and listening him shit on the guy they paid to spread lies about him

If he only played as much as he talks...

Wouldn't that be something. Poor Frenkie, everyone at the club has a thing against him. You'd think he'd want a transfer... being surrounded by such snakes and disrespected so much.

Back in the real world, he went to the World Cup and came back with a long term injury. Played like shite on top of that. Let's see him in a few years when he will receive an offer to extend with a heavily reduced wage. Then he'll pack his bags in record time.

At least Tuna brought back 50m. Doubt this guy brings anything back to the club's coffins. But then a team like PSG wouldn't be interested in him anyway. A luxury player who's not a DM, not a box to box, not a creative midfielder, all he is is a victim.

Even Demebele delivered on the promise eventually. This guy is the biggest fraud we signed for big money in the last 10 years after Coutinho.

It easier for journalists to get inside info through player agents.

Fabrizio was caught red-handed cooperating with Bardghji's agent against FC Copenhagen's interests a couple of years ago.

But Gerard Romero is clueless as usual. Frenkie's injury is idiotic situation where somebody should take the fall and this officially is the Dutch NT doctor. Could be Frenkie lying and it was all his own fault. Those dynamics are not that rare in modern football.

What's rare is a player using club platform to call out a certain someone, a journalist and accuse of spreading lies. There's previous history between the two and it's reached a boiling point.
