20 - Dani Olmo

Read twice in a week now in Croatian media that Olmo is for sale. Don't know who is pushing those stories but don't believe them tbh.
He has hit the longest phase in recent years of staying fit too. No reason to let him go. Yet.
No way he wants to leave this core Spain WC winning squad around him at FC Barcelona. He's not established starter under Flick, but nobody is safe from rotation in big games, except for Lamine, Rodri, Cubarsi and Raphinha.

I would be pissed off if they sold him.

If he is on he can change the match single handily. Him and Fermin are the perfect compliment to one another.

No chance imo. Maybe to some EPL team but not to a direct rival in Europe like Bayern. Besides, don't get fooled by him starting the season more on the bench, very much a top player for us.

He's in brilliant form, only missing goals for me - loving the rotation with Fermin although Dani connects better in & around the box with Lamine. These are the minutes Tunkara will have to try and eat into over the course of the season as he is likely to be played as a SS/10

Our rotations at AM are similar to what we have on LW, and I like both

One dynamic and explosive option that works as a consistent threat (Fermin and Adeyemi) and one more technically secure, tactically intelligent and careful player that works better for control and game management (Olmo and Gordon)

I have noticed Flick often combines these two in games (plays Gordon with Fermin and Olmo with Adeyemi)

And I think he'll probably keep experimenting to see what combinations are doing well in training obviously

Andy Bara revealed that Olmo has donated 2% of his annual gross salary to the city of Vukovar every year since leaving Dinamo.

¡Grande, Dani! :worthy::worthy:
