2 - João Cancelo

It's good to keep Cancelo, especially thanks to his ability to play on both wings. But I still hope Deco pulls a surprise wingback out of his ass this window. Kounde and Balde are red flags after last season and Enrique shows since 2 years, how important these positions are, that are our Achilles heel. It's unacceptable that we can't find a promising RB for a decade already and LB is going into the same direction.
 
It is simply necessary to have one if not 2 Elite Fullbacks in your team if one has to reach the Semis or the Final of the UCL.

Both Kounde & Balde arent even close, and Cancelo is old you cant rely on him. We need one more signing in this department, and he has to have the traits of your modern fullback.
 
What a career comeback for this guy. Went to Arabia didn't even play much most deemed him finished, comes to Barca in winter merkato benches their LB, called up for world cup and does very well. Now Barca signs him for permanent.

Respect Cancelo. I hope his next season is as good. He looks more mature defensively even though he wasn't tested a lot in these 6 months. But generally I think what he does in attack outweights all the problems he might have as defender.
 
Realistically guy only has about 1-2 years of football left in him. I hope he delivers, and also hope our Fullback situation improves by that time.
