Yeah and he won't next season either, so what's the point of keeping Roony? If Yamal stays healthy he won't get 200 minutes combined in next season. We can make a profit with him and relocate those funds to other positions where we have giant holes even in our starting 11, let alone in backups.
If Roony is smart he'll demand a sale or a loan anyway, he's wasting his career here. I understand he came because he's a cule, it's hard to say no to Barca but that was a bad decision for his career if he stays too long.
The only point of keeping Roony is a potential long term injury for Yamal but even in that case it's better to buy and use a proper LW and return Rapha to RW if that happens. It's not like we don't have anybody to play in RW, our second best attacking player is literally a RW and Toni could do a job there in smaller games if Yamal would ever allow it.
