Aggression in both attacking and defensive phases, especially in transition is what we have severely lacked, especially with how Flick wants to play. Only Raphi and Fermin fill that checkmark. Lot of our players are technically astute, but tend to slow game down or be nonchalant at times, the Southerner tax. This guy comes from different culture and perspective in how condone on the pitch and as such is more welcome addition to us than other PL club. And he's not shabby technics and brains wise. Have to understand that we need cogs for machine, not only flashy joga bonito artisans, who slack and sulk, when things don't go their way. I'd also welcome guy like DiMarco, which would make our left side unplayable methinks, but that rumor was probably fake news.

Perfect modern winger is a stretch
He's a good to very good player and him being an attacker flick will likey unlock more potential in him.

But perfect modern winger is
Krava
Yamal
Olsie
Raphinha
Ext

He does have the finishing ability of raphinha, even before flick, the creativity of olsie, the dribbling of krava.

They all offer just as much or more in the defensive phase.

All of the above qualities those players showed before making a big move.

It's not Krava, nor is it Olsie

I wonder what is the last line of defense for malvolio. We already did everything except win the CL. What, winning the CL is what's gonna dedonkeynize every Barca player? Please.
