no it wouldnt. the reason mourinho wanted modric so bad is that he's far more mobile than Sahin. The problem with Sahin is he's slow, weak and not strong. If he was quicker, then Mourinho wouldnt go after Modric. The way Diaby left him for dead proves why the madrid media was saying mourinho believes he's physically not up to it. No matter how you look at it, Modric and Alonso are better players than him
