Bellingham's quality on the ball is criminally underrated here.

You'd think he's Moussa Sissoko by the way people talk about him.

That assist in the El Clasico isn't possible without good technical ability and vision. He's a very complete player with numerous attributes.

Barca fans hate him so I can understand not saying nice things about him. But you can't just ignore his obvious quality. Barcelona could do with a physical player like him at times. They were powderpuff against Real Madrid recently.

No it is not our style. But I see you defending him everywhere. Another vardrid fan who spent time here ?

Last season Barca would probably be favourites against any team in the world bar PSG.

Watching the CL this season, there are probably 5-6 teams that would be clear favourites vs Barca.

Like I said in the summer, nearly every top team strengthened in the summer where as Barca got weaker.

Poor squad planning and it shows this year.

Nope. Can't stand Real Madrid. But will always call out biased nonsense when I see it.
Biased or not I will not defend someone who spits on our player (Pedri). We have better than him without muscles and jaws. They had much better than him as well back then.

Why would anyone even compare Bellingham and Pedri? They have completely different strengths to each other. It's like comparing Kane to Mbappe.

Also implying he only scores tap ins and headers is biased Barca nonsense.
So players can only be compared to those that have same playstyle?

Point was that the ability to score late in a game isn't that big of a deal as made out by Temp who thought he had invented the wheel once again.

Yeah because winning games for your team isn't a big deal at all. Playing a couple of cute passes (Jude can evidently do that too) is what gets you 3 points. 👏🏻😂

The upside to a CL week is a few high quality games.

The downside is Baljeet going on a trolling frenzy, where he makes sure to gobble down on those RM, Bayern, PSG, Inter, City, and Pool players (basically, anyone not associated with Barca).

Gotta wait a couple of days for this radioactive trolling to wash away, and the forum be readable again.

So I "spit" on your player by saying it's ridiculous to compare two completely different players who also don't even play in the same position?

Make it make sense.

It's not that they don't have the same play style, but they have completely different strengths. They both do certain things much better than the other. So it's a daft comparison.

Yes they have different strengths and those strengths are weighted differently when assessing the player as a whole. Didn't even have to be Pedri in that example, didn't even have to be Jude either. There are many players better suited for goals late in a game than others. Araujo recent example lol.

Can win matches in different ways. Scoring late is rather based on physique rather than ability, generally. Generally. Which brings me back to my point that it's not some super skill, it's physique and hunger inside the box basically.

Is Messi a better footballer than Ronald Araujo? Different positions, idk

Come on people. Yes the positions are different but parallels can be drawn on many things. Technical ability is something every player must posses. And Pedri is very much clear in that regard. Game intelligence, same. Bellingham is taller and stronger, pretty much the only 2 things he has on Pedri and they have nothing to do with football. And Bellingham has better eye for goal too, but Pedri knows how to score as well - just doesn't play that position
