If Flick plays today with:
Szczesny - Kounde, Araujo, Cubarsi, Balde - Frenkie, Pedri, Fermin - Lamine, Ferran, Rashford
our bench will look like this:
Kochen, Aller, Martin, Eric, Jofre, Xavi, Casado, Bernal, Dro, Roony, Antonio.
We can't possibly expect to turn around a clasico with this bench, that would probably suffer to win games in the segunda. There is not one single goal-scoring player on the bench. So the only chance to win that I see, is to lead and somehow hold the result until the end. Which will be difficult enough, since our pressing this season never worked satisfactorily because of injuries and muscle fatigue throughout the team.
In addition, Ferran just returned, Lamine is after 2 games still not in his top-form yet, Pedri looks like an overplayed zombie, Kounde barely made the squad and our defense somehow forgot how to trap the opponent in the offside, while our substitute keeper can't run out of the box without risking a red card. Overall the team runs way less than in the previous season and we suffer for it by allowing even the weakest LaLiga teams many top chances in each game. If they use them, then the games will look like the one against Sevilla.
Not forgetting our coach being suspended and Marcus Sorg, whos biggest coaching achievement so far was FC Freiburg, will lead the team in the most popular football game of the world.
And in the opposite you have an angy Real Madrid, that wants to make up for the last season's 4 clasico humiliations with a new coach, 200m worth of signings and a new motivation. With a Mbappe, who decided he wants his Ballon D'Or this season and who wants to stop Lamine's series against him.
Last but not least, a certain Soto Grado will lead this game, a ref proven many times over being Anti-Barca.
So, taken all of this into account for today's game, my prediction is we easily win this 4-2
