Sadly this is not the case for them, they have sufficient players to rotate properly and Ligue 1 is a joke for them, so no way this would really help.

In Germany and France it matters 0, if Bayern and PSG make it to the final and play their best XI.

Don't think CWC absence offers that much advantage in the league. The entire competition is basically a bunch of low-intensity games, at the level of International Champions Cup that was played in US some summers ago.

You basically have semis and final if you get there as important pressure matches. 3 games at high intensity won't make that much difference.
