As someone who has followed his career since his U17 days, I am not sure where the "greedy, bad character'' tags are coming from. Probably just Napoli's unintelligent fans, who think a club's staff can disrespect a player (their most important one at that), offer no support, or condemnation for the staff's acts... and expect the player to just go on playing like a robot with no form of reaction or protest. Napoli's silly TikTok handler started this entire mess with Osimhen.
