From the managerial and tactical side yes.

From the players side, some of the sides that Barca - RM have rolled out in Clasicos or when Serie A used to be in its heyday are another level.
The thing is Barca mostly dominated Real in the 2010s.

It was always Barca having more of the ball and Madrid playing on the break in terms of tactics.

City Liverpool was uncompromising attacking Football from both the managers for 90 minutes. There are clips of Pep and Klopp at the full time genuinely happy after a draw saying they enjoyed the game so much. Pep respected Klopp more than any other manager he has ever faced because he genuinely admired his style of play and attacking intent even though the 2 managers have very different playing styles.

In Serie A the biggest rivalry is Juve-Inter, much more than the Milan derby. Chiellini said this in an interview. As did many other Italian Football experts. I'm ignoring Roma-Lazio capital derby here because they aren't as big as these clubs. Although it's more passionate and partisan for the fans.

Come on. This so-called "Muslim" celebrates Christmas and posts photos of the celebration on Instagram. The alcohol that was poured on him is nothing compared to this from a religious point of view.
