Griezmann - two top 3 finishes in balondor, player of year in La Liga at height of Messi/Ronaldo, multiple times been named in CL team of season etc, named 3rd best and Frances best at World Cup they won, Player of tournament in a Euros, top scorer in same Euros.
Trophies.. World Cup trumps all and when names as Frances best player during it. huge. Europa League with Atletico with x2 goals in final and named as best player in competition, Cup with Barca when huge in that run, etc.
In term of League titles then Hazard has it but everything else is Griezmann.

Hazard is one trick pony with no character to influence big games. Grease, as cringy as he could be, is big time player and very well rounded, high ball IQ. Not master of anything, but surprisingly good at everything and influences teams he plays for to great significance. Also quite clutch. Both France and Atleti are half a team without him. Eden is a meme/tiktot player.

Barca experts here who diss people for being stats merchants and say shit like "stats won't tell you this" are being hypocritical as usual.
Based on the eye test and influence in a game, Hazard is right up there after Messi from this era.
His dribbling and ability to create something out of nothing is only second to Messi. Much like Messi, Hazard is so strong on the ball that you can't stop him with physicality.

Nope he's not up there with Messi
Unless you consider a couple levels below to be "up there"
He is more talented than Griez but Griez is an immensely talented player too. You can use that when comparing him and Salah for example but Griez doesn't lack any talent so it makes no sense, all the while being more consistent, longer lasting player and being insanely good for his country winning them the world cup too.

Hazard is the second best dribbler of this era, slightly ahead of Neymar because of his strength on the ball.
He can dribble an entire defense alone and create something outta nothing consistently. Griezmann can't. In the 2018 World Cup, Hazard was tormenting the Brazil players.
Anybody who questions his ability hasn't seen him actually play. Let me guess, you're basing this on his Madrid stint. Right?

Where exactly did I question his ability, I said he is more talented than Griezmann. Better dribbler than Neymar is surely up for a debate though
And I do consider his Madrid stint as well, why wouldn't I. It was embarrassing and it should be noted as great as his Chelsea days were

Because he was physically finished and couldn't stay fit. It's not like he was playing all the time and failing miserably.

When he was fit he was ass too, genuinely don't remember a single good game of his in Madrid shirt
But being physically finished is his own fault as well. Griez has been going for a decade now, being one of the best players in La Liga.

Funny thing is that people use the WC as an argument for Griezmann when Hazard was the actual best player in Russia. He was absolutely bossing games in that WC. But the majority here are so influenced and blinded by collective trophies that they'll forget the fact that Hazard was better individually at that WC although Griezmann was amazing too.
