Depends on the price tag. He is an Atalanta legend, their best player and they are trying to make a big name for themselves. Only thing that could compensate for his absence is some really nice money. Gasperini might not let him leave so easily.

How much do you reckon he will cost?

Idk, market's gone crazy. 90-100 milion wouldn't surprise me a bit considering some of the wingers who've been sold for that money in the last few years.

But Serie A performances generally receive less recognition. The league has fell off so they have some of the most underrated players around there as a result. This could lower his price to something more reasonable.

If Atalanta gets greedy, which could be because of reasons I listed above, then 90 mil expected. That's low for Premtards who spend 100 mil on limited and unproven bozos with a few good big performances.

Liked him when he was a breakthrough talent at Everton, stagnated a bit and then exploded at Atalanta.

99% sure his future is EPL bound.

For 60m I'd go with Nico though. You got to look at where Lookman was at and where he has arrived, and ask can Nico surpass that.

I think so.

He's having a huge up curve, but he's a bit too old for us.

See him at city or arsenal.

But maybe the current tactics suit him perfectly and he will suffer a bit if he leaves.

Wouldnt the age 27 be kinda the perfect time? Hows it old. He's not 30 even.
And if he's city or Arsenal bound, then he probably is in his prime, and good enough to play for us.

I belive he is well suited for us. Explosive, scores goals. We realistically only have Raf as a scorer, we need another one. My problem with Nico is he lacks in front of the goal, everything else is fine.

On top he can play any of the front three positions, so thats very good for depth aswell. I mean, out of all the options we have been linked with, I will prefer him over others.
