I honestly can't understand him. He wants to stay but he doesn't want to take a pay-cut and Barca doesn't want him here under the current conditions. However, Chelsea wants him badly and is wiling to pay his salary but he doesn't want to go there. He needs to understand that he will ruin his career if he remains so stubborn. You simply can't shine in a workplace where no one wants you. Even supporters are turning on him now.
