Messi Speaks! A Plea To The Haters

I pointed that out months ago. Also, Pique’s company happened to purchase Ligue 1 tv rights which became more valuable when Messi left…

They bought the rights after Messi left due to him being there.

What is the issue with that?

I am sure there has always been rumours of Antonella and Shakira not getting on with one another. While Messi and Pique both probably think of themselves as the alpha male in that dressing room. Messi because he was and Pique because he is a deluded, egotistical twat and always has been.

Messi has invested in Piques businesses mind you but money is money even if not best mates.

Pique hangs about with likes of Puig on twitch as he sees the strange following Puig has and will use that and younger players to try and connect through twitch as he sees it as another business adventure. While Puig seems to ne a smug wee weasel himself and will like siding up to Pique and feeling like one of the important figures.

I wouldn't take a massive salary cut if Messi didn't either otherwise you are essentially funding his salary with your own.

Messi might miss Barca but he left because his career is more important and he's now thinking of what he's going to do when that career ends because let's be honest he doesn't give a shit about PSG. He wouldn't mind one more crack at the champions league but that's about it.

I'd take him back on hugely reduced wages so he can finish his career at Barca, the way it always should have been but I'm glad we don't have the issues anymore of relying totally on one man. Yes we are shit without him but it always felt as if we were prolonging the inevitable and it was painful to watch towards the end. plus nobody can hide behind his brilliance anymore, play shit and we lose. Players will get exposed and booed, same with managers.

I feel kinda bad for Leo, sure he's getting paid that arab money $$$ but PSG is such a soulless club. Outside of the CL, nobody gives a toss about what they do in Ligue 1. The summer before, he wanted out he could of joined City but we forced him to stay, he acted with total professionalism that season and is then told we can't keep him.

Interesting who actually leaked Messi's contract to Marca. Must be Tusquets.. Dirty move. Barcelona with sewage rats in the board can be a very toxic place.

Messi knows that Piqu? told Laporta that ?if Messi left, nothing would happen.? He is very hurt by these words.

I think something got lost in translation there. Nothing as in club would not be hurt by it, or it would not solve any of the problems?

Also I think Pique and Messi always had a good understanding and respect. Why the hell would Pique be invited to that farewell dinner?

It is possible something happened in the end but hard to believe it has been like that for a long time.

Also which wife hangs out with which does not prove much. It is true I have never seen picture of antonela and shakira together. But neither have I seen one of Alba's girl and Antonela yet Alba is long-time resident in Messi's arse.

Note: Lluis Mascaro is the journalist that interviewed Messi for SPORT. Leo did not mention Piqu? in the list of former teammates he still talks to.

" Laporta intends to respond to Messi and reveal some uncomfortable truths about the negotiations with Jorge Messi"

This is serious bros, Messi has been destroying Laporta up until now but this is his trump card, how will Messi respond?

Laporta has nothing on Messi. Otherwise Messi wouldnt have opened his mouth. Laporta possibly going to invent stuff as he did with Koeman.

CR150 Twitter fans obviously care about what he does in Ligue1  They won't stop talking about it

there you go - antonella with alba's wife and other wags. you might think that the wife connection doesn't mean anything, but for these guys who seem to be devoted family men, i say it means alot.

never seen pique partying with the amigos. it's true that they seem to respect each other and be on good terms, but not close friends.

You don't need to spend your holidays together to have a good chemistry on the pitch. We'd probably be better off in last few years if some of our players wouldn't be so close to each other and they would understand letting likes of Suarez go as a business decision (that's in the best interest of the club) and not personally. But it's understandable playing together for years many players will also become friends. Especially those who have grown up/came through youth ranks together.

Don't know what's going on between Pique and Messi but that's really none of our problem. Whatever issues they have (if there are any) they should deal with them privately. But those Pique's supposed words to Laporta (if real) could easily also be taken out of context. He could've just meant this club will survive even if Messi will move on which is true. Barca existed for 100 years before Messi and will after him as well. Doesn't necessarily mean badmouthing Messi. Or OTOH he could've meant that letting Messi go alone won't solve our financial situation which is also true but at the same time would also mean Pique wanted Messi to stay. And then ofc there are conspiracy theories that I don't want to get into because we simply don't know enough and can only speculate.

on field chemistry is not the subject of the discussion.

but you are wrong if you think we are better off if players act like robots and come to play without any connection to each other. friendship outside the pitch worked for messi in general.

ps: was letting go of suarez in the best interest of the club? maybe from a financial point of view. history tells a different story
