How did Ajax play, couldn't watch? Results look amazing this year but I wonder how the game looks, is Ten Hag doing a good job?

Can’t stop smiling ..

We were so incredibly bad … like liquid shit levels of bad all over the pitch … don’t think a single one of ours apart from Ali (who was world class) was anything other than poor
Manager fucked up the eleven, forwards couldn’t string a pass together , midfield running round like headless chickens, Virgil playing like he’s still got a ruptured ACL…….

And we won!!!!!

So so good - pay back for the utter freak of them knocking us out last time

But the key point was both of Ajax cb were short not just one lol

It works for them. Depends on the players. Both Timber and Martinez are athletic, great on the ball and quick and Ajax have a set system which works for them.

My point was simply that height alone shouldn't be the factor when deciding if a player is good or worth pursuing or not. Obviously the ideal is having a taller CB that's also athletic, good on the ball, etc. but those aren't easy to find. At least not the ones worth signing that have proven they are capable of stepping up vs. good players.

Played Dortmund off the park like their team that reached the CL SF. Not sure this team is that good, but they're playing great football on a high level.

Diego Simeone sprints off down the tunnel without shaking hands with Jurgen Klopp, leaving the Liverpool manager looking a little bemused.

You ignorant PL twerker, Simeone sprints off down the tunnel without shaking hands after every game no matter if Atleti win or lose, it's just his thing

I think they are better. If they had a quality goalkeeoer and were a little more clinical they would be cl outsiders.
If they won 7-0 tonight it would be easily deserved.

It's absolutely hilarious how salty Klopp is about Simeone and Atleti shithousing
It's such a shame we can't get a repeat of 19/20 in the first knockout.

Fate got Atleti not only for the Liverpool elimination in 2020,
but also for their uttermost luck to have 4 points from the first two games in the group, while they deserved 0

Breathtakingly entertaining, beautiful and also surprisingly effective to close Dotmund down. I don't care that this is 'only' current BvB. It's not like they betray their style and principles against other teams. Being able to play on such level of quality and showmanship, while employing mostly players that wouldn't get a bench spot in any top tier club, is very underrated.

Went to see Brugge-City in the stadium and watching 11 players know what, when and how in every possible situation is something I?m very jealous of. That way the young players who aren?t consistent have something to fall back on and could still do good for the team.
I could live with a more improvised way of playing when we had the best player in history but we need a real coach asap now.
City could?ve easily scored over 10 goals if they were more serious about their finishing.

Football looks more amazing than the result.

He is the man for the Barca job, no question...
