Works in is favour to say that at moment no matter the plans.

Shite if Real get him for free but would rather see it as league needs these players badly.

Rather see him with Real than in Premier League. LaLiga needs superstars.

Somehow I think it makes it more likely Barca signing Haaland.

Clever from him not to extend his contract, its time for him to go. PSG will become a lot weaker once he has gone.

Unless he Neymars it.

My opinion: His level will regress and he will never become a truly top player if he stays in France. He won't have the weekly competition to take him to next level and become Messi/Ronaldo level player.

We'll see if he is smarter than Neymar.

Don't think he is good enough to reach the level of mentioned players. I agree though that he has to move on to grow as a player. He'll win 1 or 2 Ballon D'Ors at max which would already be a great achievement. Competing to win it for almost a decade? I don't think so.

tbf mbappe was already a champion with monaco at 18 and scored in a CL semi-final. he was a WC winner at 19(and an important player in that win). also played a CL final already.

messi and ronaldo weren't at the same level at 18/19 years old.

Because I love it when players use PSG as the cash grab that they are, and not as their final career move.

True. This would be fun. They make their money at PSG them move to Barca to win and learn as a player.

Sadly it's tough to escape Parisian golden prison.

CR7 made it to Euro finals and Messi Copa finals at the age of 19 (or barely 20), both had inferior teams to that France team in 2018.
Messi won CL at the age of 18 too, was key player before injury, a starter in team that win CL and Liga before getting injured.
CR7 had breakout year at the age of 21, taking his game into a new level that Mpabbe never did so far.

That said, it is unfair comparison, Messi is arguably the most talented player ever, while CR7 is probably the most athletically gifted too. Both started at the top (since 18 years of age, one was at Manu, other in Barca) and had great coaches and teams around them. The stars was aligned for those 2 to be historically dominant like no other

Uh ?

Except for Digne, i don't quite see who left PSG to move to Bar?a and learn as a player.

Tough to escape because they are happy staying in it. No one is forced to sign a contract.

They are the same as Umtiti not willing to leave his golden catalan prison.

Mbapp? won't leave PSG to go to Bar?a anyway because he is a Real fan. Dunno why would you be happy about this development, it would only hurt Bar?a chances more with Real saving hundred of millions.

Lol. Mbapp? not being a Messi/Ronaldo level player has nothing to do with France (Demb?l? and Mbapp? trajectory shows that goign to Spian/Bar?a doesn't make you magically develop, it only makes you scrutinised more and thus hyped more if you do well). It has to do with Mbapp? not being as talented as they were/are. It is obvious when you see the way he dribbles, carries the ball. He doesn't have the same ease with the ball. He doesn't have Cristiano Ronaldo jump/heading technique; he is actually mediocre in this department. He is average in long/mid range shots as well.

Mbapp? is Mbapp? with his qualities and still score load of goals despite his shortcomings compared to the GREATS. Enough to be a leading player of his generation but not to the level to his elders.

Have you heard of Ronaldinho?

;)

I know I know, before sheiks, but I had to..

Didn't Neymar want to leave for a long time to Barca? Verratti crying in press conference after he had to stay??
