I said that the team was bad. It is too easy to say that a team is bad against certain tactics. It's their job to find solutions.

Against better teams, Argentina will just play on the counter to their strenghts. Not every team is gonna park the bus 80% of the game.

Messi didnt have a great performance, but he scored the winning goal and can look forward to the next game.

Those who call him finished and shit and that we should sell hin should go to the doc and have a full fledged medical test as many here seem to suffer from memory loss if they cant remember how good Messi was vs Bosnia in the 2nd half.

Really bad game, walking around the field even more then he did in Barcelona.

Someone should slap him, bench him and tell him hes not playing good enough.

Teamwise Messi has become bigger then any team he plays in and everyone is waiting for him to do everything.

Everyone passes to him, even if theres much better options.

I think we can all agree that he wasn't amazing, but he wasn't nearly as bad as people are making him out to be. Rest of team was shit as well, especially Higuain/Aguero.

But when he scored that golazo That’s what a great player and captain does. They pull their team out to victory, even after a poor performance. They put their team on their back and make sure they succeed. This is why Lionel Messi is THE BEST player on the planet. And all the haters can suck it.

What makes every1 think Argentina will be so much better against good teams? If the likes of Higuain, Messi and Aguero don't work their ass of (which they never do) they won't touch a ball against the likes of Germany and their defence won't hold up.

He wasn't bad as people in the chat were saying, but for some periods of the game he disappeared. Maybe because all the argies were doing was crossing. Great goal. Aguero and higuain were terrible too.

One of the reasons Argentina did so many crosses were becouse Messi didnt help the midfield. Movement without the ball is much more important then with the ball in football.

They were playing better during the qualifiers. Aguero and Higuain have to do much better, they need to be criticized too.

I saw him too much on the wing today, needs to play in the midfield and support messi more.

One of the reasons Argentina did so many crosses were becouse Messi didnt help the midfield. Movement without the ball is much more important then with the ball in football.

He dropped deep some times, created chances there were wasted. Tried 1-2's that didn't work with zabaleta. He can't do everything. He isn't in his super human form of 2012.
