Neymar definitely has a higher ceiling. Hazard still lacks productivity.

I don't really see Hazard being a truly world class player, looking at his statistics in the last 3 years, he has not really improved that much, meanwhile Neymar at only 22 has already scored 200 goals in his career.

Ludicrous comparison to make. The only reason that this issue is even under discussion is because of the unrivaled EPL hype machine. Place Hazard anywhere outside the EPL, and no one will consider him among the Top 10 players in the world.

I used to think they were about even. From about May this year I feel Neymar has shifted into another gear. Running away from Hazard

Hazard is by far better dribbler than Neymar, by a huge margin

to say that Neymar is a better dribbler than Hazard, is like to say than Cr7 is better dribbler than Messi.

Also the statistics say that Hazard is much better dribbler.
Hazard has 4.8 dribbles completed per game in EPL, neymar only 1.8, and EPl is much more physical than la Liga.
in champions league the margin is even greater. Hazard 7.6, Neymar 2.8.

Neymar is good dribbler like Cr7, but not one of the best Hazard is in top 5 with Messi, Ribery, Brahimi and Lucas Moura.
Neymar is a great player, but quite overrated, by stupid superficial kids. He takes a lot of advantage playing with Messi, and this season he scored mainly tap-ins and easy goals.
He is the first striker in Barcelona and definitely not a winger.
Neymar reminds Cr7, the work they do his teammates and he takes all the advantages, is not really a player so important for Barcelona, not more than Sanchez or Pedro.
Hazard instead is much more important for Chelsea, he creates, he score and he dribbles.
he has the same importance of Messi for Barcellona.

That's right.. Messi lifted him to Copa lib and to 100 goals barely a teenager.

Makes sense

Do you think Copa Lib is some mickey mouse tourney with shitty Brazilian teams? It's the CL there. What Neymar did with Santos to win Copa Lib at that age is noteworthy.

And Neymar did create and do all that for Barcelona in his first season in Europe and was arguably our best or second best player in the first half of that season. He has not been great in that aspect this season, but his role in the team has changed as well.

Not gonna argue about who's the better or not, but you make it out to be like Neymar is some nobody while Hazard is some immortal player while he is not.

One  is not enough.

In Brazil he also gets everything on a plate from Messi, eh?

Hazard is a far more consistent dribbler. With Neymar it's either passing the player with awesome skill or flair, or he loses the ball and looks like a complete fool.

I think Neymar is on a higher level though, goalscoring wise and he is a far more decisive player.
