There was a headline to that affect but reading article he never actually said that dont think.

"FC Barcelona has completed the signing of Nelson Semedo . A delegation from the club formed by Robert Fernández, Raul and Javier Bordas Sanllehí traveled to Lisbon on Wednesday to negotiate with the addition of side Benfica Portuguese international.

André Gomes 2.0 sounds good given his RB performance in CDR final. Semedo must be awesome then.
