Did you watch the game at Anfield? They could have lost 4-0

Yes, the era has surpassed him, because they are no better than rookie Leipzig, and tons of other teams.
Back in the day, although their abhorrent way of playing was the same, they were rigid and strong, they could eliminate good Barca, Mou's chelsea, and win Cup final against Madrid.

To beat Liverpool at Liverpool, you need luck. Simple as that. Doesn't make it worse.

I get your point though. There was a lot of luck, just like Chelsea 2012, which was disgrace by all means too.

The next Klopp. Speaks perfect english, ambitious and hungry as hell, could be a great option for us as a manager, but we're too dumb to consider him.

This!
I bet Liverpool's analytic and scouting departments have already identified him as Klopp's successor.

Let's hope Victor Font will change that in the future

Leipzig delivered justice tonight.

Pathetico were lucky to find Adrian in the goal and get past Liverpool in a night they got smashed.
After so many bottlings against RM (even when they had a better team), and after depriving Pep a CL with Bayern, I am happy to see how much they have regressed the last 5 years.
Simeone does not really get it, does he? The football he wants to play is dead. The era has surpassed him.

you say this as if its a bad thing. Pep chooses the easiest team every single time. Bayern, City.. probably Juve or PSG next. his record in Europe post-Barca sucks, with the money hes spent at City if he doesn't win it this season questions need to be asked

Victor Font has his head stuck up Xavi's ass. If he doesn't recruit Xavi it will be another "🙄 barca DNA ex player" or Spanish manager with liga experience.
This club is very conservative and doesn't think outside the box.
Another thing is Naglesman is not an ex great so the big stars may not buy into his football philosophy.
