Probably what the commentator in my fight said, people get swayed by flashy combinations even if they don't properly land. Manny isn't missing everything but Floyd countering him pretty decently, Manny isn't doing anything major most of the time. Both can do a lot better though.

Hopefully Mayweather doesn't go into the final round thinking he's already got it won. I think even if he loses the last round he has won, I only see him losing if he's KO'd. If he's slack that's possible.
