How good was Jorge Sampaoli at clubs b4? I know he was gr8 with Chile but don't know anything about his career prior to that

Sampaoli was awesome with La U. Created an unorthodox and fluent system with crazy pressing and the team was really successful.
If he succeeds at Sevilla, I want him to become our coach one day.
