Anderson wasnt cheap either. Was one of top 5 most expensive players ever at the time.

Paco is just Paco. Get few Copa matches along with odd La Liga start where he mostly plays shit while baggging a goal here and there. Nothing that some bottom Segunda forward (Arnaiz) wouldn't have done.

Haha. No. One goal and then he barely scored or played again much after as he was crap.
Paco is better player and scored more and been more useful to the squad.
Trying too hard now.
Not as hard as claiming Anderson was a cheap signing though.
Say that as not even rating Paco all that highly but has been a decent back up since got up to speed.

Ended up being one after he didnt live up to his big price tag but you are right. Was never bought to be which makes him and even worse example.
Completely agree with you. In my opinion Paco is a far worse transfer than Gomes. But it seems that the expectations to Paco is so slow that some people praise after a tap in in Copa.
Bring back Munir, homegrown and better than Paco.

Munir, Sandro and many others are perfect examples why youngsters, unless they are wc quality do not succeed in top clubs. What players at that age (17-22) need most is alot of gametime for and against teams consisting of adult players as high level as possible. Only way they can reach their potential. This is why top clubs loan all their talents out, not make them sit in bench. Munir would have been awful in Pacos role, while Paco was also not perfect, he was the best we could get that summer. Would have always preferred an experienced old striker comfortable with bench role.
Under Valverde, Paco has been good and if he ever gets tired of his role, we will at least get some amount back as he is still young.

Munir was not better at Barcelona and has not been better when comparing them at other clubs either.
Paco is better than Munir and has done more than just a 'tap in in Copa'. You need to watch more.
Been better than Gomes easily just as has been better than Munir easily.
That was a reply to Barcaman, not you. You are a complete waste of time as you are ignoring numbers/stats and comparing a 18-19 year old Munir with Paco at 24. Makes no sense.
Lets just say that I think Paco is awful while you think the same of Munir.

Don't bring any of them (or Deulofeu, Sandro, Adama, Halilovic and similar).
Sell them all and buy a player who is actually good.
Munir vs Paco is a as stupid debate as Gomes vs Denis.

At the end of the day this is the real truth. Problem is, this type of quality seems to be the only player a club of our standard can get as a backup somehow.
