He's wasted on RW. We don't play with wingers, we play with inside fucking forwards. What's a talent with his potential doing as a pure winger? No reason for that, start playing him on LW and start having him cut inside/dribble/shoot more.

Historically he's shit at scoring goals regularly. He's more of a creator. The "get past the fullback and send in a cross" kind of player.

B winger Adama (18) will next season probably go on loan to Spanish, English or German team. Also interest from Italy and Netherlands. [md]

WTF? Let's hope that's not true.

But since the idiot doesn't like wingers I wouldn't be surprised...

Not sure if that'd be a wise move. He should stay with us and get minutes here and there. Loans are quite risky to be honest, you never know how he develops somwhere else.

This has been the board strategy with youth player since Pep left,it is Barca B then loan b4 they can trust him to be 1st team member .we will see if is good plan or not soon . though I don't like it much
But to their credit we will have too many players who would want 1st team football next year ,Sandro/Adama are too good for B team,Dongou has been their for too long and will ask to be promoted or leave .Halilovic and Samper too in addition to Munir who is already almost promoted and may be Grimaldo too. and let's not forget Deulofeu is coming back
the team is stacked with young talent it next season we might need to do a Chelsea and loan 4/5 players

The problem is since the board has adopted this strategy not one single player from la Masia has made it at first team.

They don't trust our youth, and that's a shame!

Loaning Adama out would be idiotic, he'd play a year in a different team, which would make his adaption back to Barca first team football even harder. Just look at Deulofeu, I'm sure he won't make it here anymore, and he lost 2 years with useless loan deals.

These people (Lucho, Zubi & board) have no plan.

Bartra? but aside from him yes, loans have so far been a death sentence with the one exception seemingly being Rafinha since he's the only one to come back and get time after a loan. The board's/lucho's problem is that there is a surplus of talent especially in the front three right now, Munir,Sandro,Deulofeu and Adama all seemingly have the talent to make it here with the right attitude and grooming. With Suarez,Messi,Neymar and Pedro there is simply only space for the likes of Munir or Sandro to make appearances while still playing for the B team, unless Pedro is demoted to 5th choice or sold Adama/Deulofeu will have a hard time justifying staying here while their development stalls.

Specifically for Adama the right course of action should be to integrate him as a sub/ starter in smaller matches in the tail end of the season, the cordobas of the world. If he shows ability then keep him and see if he can dislodge pedro if not he has to go out on loan cause he's already reaching the point where playing segunda will start to damage him rather than improve him.

I am not trying to defend the board on this ,I don't like it either .I think playing more games at this stage is a bit overrated in comparison to training alongside best players and earning minutes gradually
The loan has been always kiss of death for over a decade to be fair .that said with this board it has started significantly in 2013 with loaning out Deulofeu & Rafinha .it remains to be seen its product .and again it is this or lose many good young players without even giving them a real chance with 1st team (unless you suggest we turn into Arsenal)
We will have to wait to see its end product ,that said I can't get the idea that makes players like JDS&Roberto playing with 1st team last year while Deulofeu & Rafinha get loaned

Can you please reply in numbers?

For example, next Season these young players will aim for some minutes in our first team:
1. Sandro
2. Munir
3. Adama
4. Deulofeu
5. Halilovic
6. Samper
-- plus Rafinha and Bartra from "older guys"

-- now, it is matematically impossible to give enough games to these young players
-- plus, to play Messi, Suarez and Ney
-- but also, to win matches and some trophies

Again, giving chances to Deulo, Adama, Halilovic, Munir and Samper is nice, but what about Messi?
He is the best player we ever had. When he will be gone, we will be so much weaker, he brought us to a new level.
Let's say that he is already past his prime.
He will probably have 3-4-5 more good/world-class Seasons.

Should we ruin his final years, in a line up, for example: Bartra-Samper-Rafinha, Deulo-Munir-Messi (for example)

Just take a look at the last few matches:
-- Valencia away from home, you can't play with Deulo, Sandro, Munir, Adama, Samper, with any of younger guys
-- 2 weeks later Getafe away. Again, you can't play with youngsters. We struggled even with our best team
-- so, playing youngsters would be even worse and we would handle trophies to Real even easier than today
-- CL match against Psg or any knockout stage, you can't play youngsters

So, basically, you can play 1-2 youngsters in home matches where you will win 5:1
-- and in all cup matches
-- plus, in CL matches, group stage, against teams like Apoel

-- so:
-- 2-3 CL matches
-- 4-5-6 cup matches at max (against La Liga teams)
-- 10 La liga matches per Season

That is 15-20 matches at max where you can play youngsters.

-- let's say that in easier home La liga matches you can start with one youngster in attack (even though that means that you have to bench either Messi, Neymar or Suarez. Not to mention that we have to sell experienced worker Pedro then)
-- so, you can start with one younger FC (but that is a big IF also)
-- and if we are winning, you can put another youngster in the last 20-30 minutes
-- plus, you can put a younger Mc like Halilovic or Samper then for 15-20 Minutes

-- so:
-- you have 10 La Liga matches for one Fc available
-- 10 La Liga home matches and last 15-20 Minutes for a 2nd Fc
-- plus 10 matches with 15-20 Minutes for a young Mc

-- plus, 2 easier CL matches (Hapoel) and 3-4-5 cup matches

-- now imagine that you give 5 starts to Deulo (out of 10 possible starts in home La liga matches)
-- other 5 starts you give to Munir
-- plus 3 matches for each in a cup
-- and a few matches with last 20 minutes for each

So, even here you see that we can play only 2 younger Fcs
-- each will get 8 starts
-- and each of them will get 5-10 caps in the last 15 minutes

Young Mc can get 2-3-4 starts in home matches, 3-4 cup matches and 15 minutes in 5-6 matches.

And look, all above is possible if you have a coach who is willing to rotate and give some chances to youngsters.
But as you see, 2 younger Fcs will get 8 full matches in 12 Months and 4-5 matches with 15 Minutes.

I just don't see how is that enough for a young player.
But look, those are only minutes available for, let's say Deulo and Munir.
Sandro and Adama will get 2-3 cup matches and 15 minutes in 3-4 matches.
That can't be enough.

Also, there is always a possibility if a player don't play well in the first 2-3 matches (Deulofeu, for example), that he won't even get 10 matches, and that some other young Fc (let's say Adama) will get his minutes.

So, people are saying that loans aren't good.
On the other hand, we don't have the time and opportunities to give unlimited amount of chances to any player.
Barcelona and it's current results are much more important than giving a chance to some youngster. (Especially to 5-6 youngsters in the same time).

I just don't understand how some fans (not you, Khaled) plan to play both Messi, Ney, Suarez and all of our star players and in the same time giving chances to too many youngsters.
Also, how they think that it is possible to fight for trophies and play too many (unproven) youngsters in the same time.

You can't have both.

Jesus Christ.... If your good enough your good enough.............. It's not about age it's about talent.... Oh yh experience helps but if Deulofeu not good enough he won't be a Barca player simple so no point giving him mins

Loaning out the young players is far and away the best thing to do for a number of reasons.

They will see more minutes at a higher level than they would by staying at Barca and playing largely meaningless minutes.

Also it helps keep the younger B team players at the club as these guys dont want a few first team minutes here and there at 19/20. They want to be paying first team football somewhere.

Start telling 15/16 year old they will not get anywhere near a regular first team spot until they are around 20 and a lot of them will leave.

It has to be done in a very balanced way ,developing players by the club itself is the best way for best talents tbh .loaning would do wonders for others

I hope Girona gets promoted. Would be the perfect place to send some of these players.
