He kinda can't though because of the homegrown rules, which City are barely obeying in the first place. He's either going to have to bring people like Wilshere, Stones, Rose etc. in or fill the squad with academy players that he won't use, which would immediately make in a bad guy in the media.

It's time for pep to stop trying to fit Silva, de bruyne and gundogan into the same time, all their issues starter when gundogan got fit and pep started to force him into the starting XI. I'm not saying he is a bad player, but pep has to choose two of the 3 and stick to it

Silva and de bruyne, was on fire and developing great chemistry in the midfield, unless he started to move them around.

It's like when he signed cesc for us and was constantly trying to fit him into the XI

This just unbalances there team, he kind of pulled it off with Bayern while he was there, but that's because Bayern his miles ahead of all the other teams in Germany.

The moment he stops this, there results will improve, and he knows it too, he just can't bring himself to benching any of them yet.

Pep Guardiola has lost what made him great. Nowadays he shamelessly orders his team to play with pragmatism and physicality, with superior brutality the aim.

This move to England could be an end of pep as he is burning out much faster than his days in Germany when he was much more comfortable.
It's ironic as he fantasized about epl for years.
