I saw the ARG-Bolivia home game - it was very tough! Messi single-handedly won this game for the ARG NT,it was one of the best matches I ever saw him play in terms of effort and fighting spirit. He really wanted it. So the return game in Bolivia will be even tougher. I don't think ARG can get a win without Messi. Let's see if the appeal can make it possible for him to play today.

Playing today is definitely out of the question I am sure, what remains to be seen is if they will reduce his ban so he can play some of the later games.

.. and La Paz is 3500 meters above sea level. Acclimatization usually requires 2-3 days to reach normal performance and home team has definite advantage.
