Even Bale out, Hazard in won't change that, imo. Kane in, Benzema out would. He would also be humble enough to work for Ronaldo in his first season + bag the goals needed to prove himself, though not being top-scorer. If Kane has a good world-cup, why wouldn't Florentino buy him for 200M? They have earned money over some recent windows, and it would be such a strong statement and a true strengthening of the starting-11.
Kane will most likely to stay with Tottenham for at least one more season to play in their new stadium.

Doubt that he will be humble enough to become a 2nd/3rd fiddle for anyone. The guy is ridiculously obsessed with scoring goals to the point he even became a meme for claiming a goal Eriksen scored. No doubt that he's an fantastic goalscorer, but Kane's also averaging over 5+ shots per 90 some are from stupid angles/distances where passing would be the better option. That Tottenham side is playing for his strengths and where Kane thrives as the main man. Which could be easily said for Cristiano as well, hence I doubt they would fit well as DonAK mentioned. If anything, Benzema is actually the one who's much better suited for having a partnership with Kane as a SS (like Dele Alli does at Spurs).

You could be right about Benzema suiting him better than Ronaldo, but I see it as more realistic that Benzema goes than Ronaldo. I'm not sure Real bets on Ronaldo for the next 3 years, and to get him out of the club they might need to buy his replacement while he is there, and then make it "his decision" to leave, eventually. Kane is dying to get trophies, so I think he would be fine with 1-2 overlapping years with Ronaldo, instead of Real buying someone else and him missing the move all together. One-club-man? I don't see it, but I could be surprised.

About him being goal-hungry and missing a lot too, I think some striker-drama and fierce competition would do Real good in the league - they looked lazy, without spark, and nearly not caring in the fall, that wouldn't happen if two egos fought for the topscoring-price. Then again, I hope they just keep Benzema and Ronaldo, because even with Hazard or Asensio as the other starter they won't be stable enough to win the league, imo.

Zlatan : Its not normal that Benzema isnt part of the NT, which had nothing to do with football. He is one of the best, wins UCLs and plays for RM. If Deschamps say he isnt good enough, then he shouldnt be there himself. If you want to win, you need winners and Benzema is a winner.

It's quite amazing how bipolar of a player he is and he garners an adequate reaction from RM fans. Most hate him by now, others tolerate him because he can be decisive. No doubt, if it wasn't for Perez's fondness towards him, he wouldn't have been here long ago.

Based on what? Any official confirmations or whatsoever that his existence at RM is only bcs of Perez?

The likes of Mourinho, Ancelotti, Benitez, Zidane and now Lopetegui all rate Benzema highly enough to be a starter.

He's such an underrated/underappreciated player who's been a cornerstone for Real Madrid's success.

They generally say what needs to be said to keep his self-esteem high enough to perform as well as he does. Not to say they don't like him as a person or a player, they probably do. But they would never go public with critique. He was a shy dude who never performed consistently at the top of his game until Zidane had a permanent role at the club. It's very well documented how Perez consistently removed the roadblocks in the form of competition out of his way to keep him going happy.

Also, he's a relative... "moron".. by societal standards, and makes a lot of bad decisions off the pitch. Tells you how much he needed to be mothered by Perez and the managers even until he turned 27. No doubt he's a nice guy and a supremely talented all-around footballer who is very unselfish, but he has only barely matured as a person enough to bear responsibility. He was probably also locked down quite a bit by Ronaldo's personality, but the outcome of removing that problem is yet to be tested. So far it's reaping benefits, probably because he's 30 and he seems stable enough to carry the load a bit, but we won't know if this continues or if it's a short-term form benefit.

Basically Perez is fond of him as he's a genuinely nice guy and has a well polished game. But up until now he was nothing, but a perfect support player. Failed on most of the occasions when we needed him to score and help us win the game. These Atletico and Liverpool in recent years are count-on-one-hand blips in form and most of his scoring stats are a result of playing Malmos, APOELs etc. He's a good assist man, but obvious misses in situations that absolutely have to end up as a goal pissed people off for many years.

Yet Madrid made the right decision by selling Higuain and not him. Higuain loves missing all of his chances in important games.

That's true, but equally they were never wholly dedicated to replacing him either. Remember all the strikers that came into conversation? Topic of Falcao? Madrid-Atleti "business arrangement" started with that. And then there were all sorts of names with Madrid always settling for a B-profile striker. Perez just made his mind up that he has enough goals in the BBC while never looking at Benz himself and actual scoring regularity or his skill in that area. On purpose.

Yes, his technique and tactical awareness goes undervalued - mostly because he is very prone to missing sitters. Perez didn't need to care. There is a gamble here, but it's not a terrible one really. We'll see where it leads.
