Some fecking timing to get into legal issues, with the transfer ban and all. Wth should the club do, gamble on that our only striker wont end up in jail? What if he does go to jail, a season without a striker? Well, there is Ronaldo, but him as lone striker is not def not a good solution. if we go all in for someone like Aguero, then suddenly we will be stuck with two great strikers if benz is cleared, and that wont work since we only play with one. Why cant they just get done with this case quickly? At least the club would know what to do next.

Trouble with reading? I never said that the court should just clear Benzema, i just wish they sped up the process, guilty or not. Yeah, messi and neymars cases takes forever as well, thats how the justice system is unfortunately.

Overly mediatic cases tend to take very long, in Messi/Ney's case it's because they're from Barça, otherwise fiscal fraud cases are usually settled quickly (CR's mom, Iker Casillas, etc etc .. ) with payment of a big fine.
In Benzema's case it's different, not only the matter is more serious, but also the victim doesn't need money and is also a mediatic figure from his own NT ... so yeah, this is gonna take a while, he'll be happy if he gets away with it no matter how long it lasts.
