Good win. Glad to our La Masia boys putting on such a great game. Really interested in seeing how Oreo Biscuits develops, he's probably our only hope for a solid CDM option from La Masia in the coming years.

This is the reason that unlike the popular opinion we should really expand on loaning our young players. Barca B should no longer be a must for prospects at least those we are signing
Vallejo became a starter in Zaragoza same age Cuenca right now, he was on his way to be starter in Alcorcón this year. We bought him and brought him to Barca B
RM has signed Vallejo after he was a starter and loaned him back there for a season, then another year in German top tier, we brought Cuenca to our beloved Barca B to be bench player instead of loaning him back there for a year or two to develop probably.
Same for Bueno
Gerard wants experience in this position, and I understand it. every coach wants his experienced player. And let's not fool ourselves, reserve team coaches aim for results above developing youth for the sake of their own career even if it contradicts their job description. They aim for a job in Liga top tier not continuing their career as youth coaches.
Bueno,Cuenca had no business playing in Barca B, they should have been playing in Segunda in other clubs that already has enough experienced player to surround them but has bigger need of their talent

He should be back in about 2 weeks.

Tough match as Alcorcon have yet to concede a goal in the league until Alena's equalizer.

I think we should talk to Nice and start loaning our top talents to them. We need to have a great relationship with them as long as Favre is there.

In addition, their squad is quite thin. Apparently they do not have any good LB. So why do not we loan Cucurella? The French league is one of the best leagues for talents.

Cucurella is in his first year as a B team player and looking at our LB situation it's unlikely he'll need to go on loan if he does make the step up to the first team.
