Improvin' Perfection!!
Jordi Amat Maas (born 21 March 1992 in Canet de Mar, Barcelona, Catalonia) is a Spanish footballer who plays for RCD Espanyol as a central defender.

The centre-back started playing for Espanyol in 1999, at the age of seven, and rose up the ranks before making his first professional appearance in January 2010.

He is also a familiar face among the young Spain national sides, having garnered valuable experience representing his country at U-16, U-17, U-18, U-19, U-20 and U-21 levels.

So, it ishttp://twitter.com/barcastuff/status/216247998718545920 confirmed that we have indeed inquired about the player. It is really interesting, considering we have two emerging CBs outselves who are of the same age. Agreed Amat has more first team experience compared to Bartra and Muniesa but he didn't play much this last season. It would be interesting if the pericos would let the symbol of their academy to actually move to us on loan!!

I don't really think the loan move would be to play for B either... Why would he want to move to our B team when our youngsters in the B team don't want to be at that level them selves!? He'd be too stupid if he accepts this loan move to go play for our second string team when he is already a first team player
