Thanks for opening this thread Zanela.

What a hero! His penalty ...cool as ice.
Such a shame he'll miss the final.

WOOOOOOOW, what a player is this. I laughed about him before the Madrid tie, but he is GREAT. Fuck Alba, sign this man.

Hehe I finally know whose name I will put on my Bayern top. To have the courage to take the first penalty kick...What a boss, reminds of when Owen Hargreaves volunteered himself to take a penalty for Bayern against Valencia in 2001

Best player ever. Barca won't win anything again without him.

    what a BOSS!!!!!!!!!

    This kid is a beast!!!!!!!!

and the crazy thing is that Left Back is not his natural position! he's a midfielder!

19 years of age, the boy is already a star for me. Barca should sign him.

he was amazing in both legs and showed maturity beyond his years.

I lost count of the number of times he dispossed Ronaldo and co. in both legs.

That run/cross to Robben was a thing of beauty, unfortunately Robben couldn't bury it.

Alba is better in attack but Alaba is better in defense, we need a good defender so im for Alaba. Since when is he with Munich? Any chance of snatching him this summer?

Actually he says that his favorite position is DM. But i think a wide position (either LB or as Winger) suits him better as he both brings pace, technique, dribbling skills along, while he seems to lack overview and confidence in a central position. At least he made that impression like half a year ago when Heynckes played him there (during Schweinsteigers absence). Could be his age though, but he seems much more confident on the wings where he has to deal with less opposing players around him. Also van Gaal seemed to have this impression of him as he used him as LB too - when he was 17!

Very very unlikely. Contract till 2015. Is in Bayerns youth since 2008. Also, as austrian, used to the 'bavarian culture'. Bayern wont sell him and Alaba shouldnt leave his milieu imo.

No first we have Abidal only if he cannot be trusted (injury wise) we buy someone.
