    All Time Barca XI

Has the forum ever tried to make one? Who would make it in?

Do you think we should try and go position by position? Or just let everyone post their own XI?

God doesn't pick football teams but if he did.... they'd probably look like this

hmm have to think about this

something about a front line with Rivaldo Romario Ronaldinho with Messi behind them sounds sexy though....
"I pass and I move, I help you, I look for you, I stop, I raise my head, I look and, above all, I open up the pitch...The one who has the ball, is the master of the game...That's the school of Joan Vilà, of Albert Benaiges, of Johan Cruijff, of Pep Guardiola" - Xavi Hernandez

    !!Visca Barça!! !!Visca Catalunya!!

    Something like:

    Ronaldinho----------Ronaldo----------Messi
    -------------------------------------------
    --------------------Maradona--------------
    -------Cruyff-------------------------------
    ---------------------------------Xavi-------
    --------------------Guardiola---------------
    --------------------------------------------
    Sergi----------------Nadal-------------Puyol
    ---------------------Zubi-------------------

Maybe? Dayum, does that look sexy. Imagine Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Messi, Maradona and Cruyff running at defenses.

I think that there should be three categories for best XI
    a) most effective system with trophies XI
    b) pure talent XI
    c) effective system with massive talent XI

    so my choice for a)
    -----------Valdes----------
    Alves--Pique--Puyol--Abidal
    ----------Busquets---------
    --------Xavi-----Iniesta----
    --Eto´o----Messi----Villa---

-this team with this attacking trident would **** everyone

    b)pure talent XI

    ------------Zamora-----------
    Alves--Migueli--Segarra--Grácia
    -----------Busquets-----------
    ---------Xavi---Iniesta--------
    --Messi----Cruyff---Maradona--

    c)effective system + talent XI
    ------------Valdes-----------
    Alves--Koeman--Puyol--Grácia
    -----------Busquets----------
    ---------Xavi---Iniesta-------
    --Eto´o----Messi-----Cruijff--

and if 343 was in play
    ---------Valdes-----------
    --Koeman---Pique--Puyol--
    ---------Busquets---------
    -------Xavi---Iniesta------
    ---------Maradona--------
    --------------------Suarez
    Alves------Messi----------

imagine those connection with Messi and Maradona, Messi-Alves, Xavi-Iniesta, Pique-Puyi
and that system would be fucking brilliant too, Suarez could change places with Iniesta
omg gives me a boner right now

I find it impossible to pick such a team...

Having players like Messi, Maradona, Ronnie, Ronaldo, Cruyff, Romario, Eto'o, Henry etc in attack... Midfield is really simple Xavi-Busi-Iniesta defense is incredibly hard to pick as well, so is the GK.

What a orgasm to see play together Maradona and Messi

.... it's like having sex with Angelina Jolie and Charlize Theron

“I would love to have played at this club. I am envious of how well Guardiola's men can play. They are like a group of kids who play football in the street without rules. That is the best football, the most authentic, unfettered by tactics or schemes. Guardiola’s philosophy is helping to change the mindset of many tacticians and that is priceless.” Marco Van Basten

Iniesta:"Who is the best player in history? Laudrup."

Without Laudrup, there would be no Iniesta.

A Lot of them undermine the dane's talents and barca legacy because of that switch. But his influence on the Dream team was HUGE. His talent had no bounds. And Cruyff understood his importance the bitter way.

    Kocsis/Ronaldinho----------Messi/Maradona
    ---------Cruyff/Kubala---------
    -----Xavi/Pep---Messi/Iniesta/Laudrup
    ------------Pep-------------
    Puyol - Migueli- Koeman-Alves
    Zubi/Valdes

I didn't want to exclude Rivaldo and Deco... but considering neither Suarez, Cesar or Paulino Alcantara made the list... The competition's hard.

Maradona is only there because of his maximum ability.

Might move to a 4-3-3 and place a more defensive midfielder in place of Pep who was very poor in that regard (or get a LB and move Koeman up)

Oh, and Zamora can go .... ........

some guys just put the names here without even ever seeing them in action!

for me, it's the manita lineup, because it was the best performance i've ever seen. but this is like 1/100 of the barcelonas history. no need to make these 'dream teams'
