    Smicer was decent although he was old and Baros did have his moments plus top score at Euros. Dudek won the final with his saves. They weren't as bad as everyone made them out to be.

    Liverpool just don't have enough money and those transfers prove it. Very few on that list are world class. Dossena for £7m ? Has he been worth it hmmmm. And then Robbie Keane bought for £19m sold for £16m that's not brilliant for the bank manager. Altough Liverpool have a better than most transfer history under Benitez but don't get started on Houllier's.

    I'm not saying they were bad but not top class either. Dudek did indeed make himself a legend with THAT save and the pens. I will never know how Shevchenko missed AND I GUARANTEE that miss played on his mind when taking his pen. Just look at the pen again he just chipped it at medium height!
