Just joined and is my first post so be gentle! :P

Anyway, long story short: I bought my brother a tkt to the Barca v Valencia La Liga game on February 19th 2012 online through Servcaixa as a surprise present for his birthday. Turns out he can't make the date.

I must have sent about a dozen emails to them asking how I go about getting a refund or even just changing the fixture but I have received nothing back.

I eventually got a number to call (0034 902 18 99 00) but this is a waste of time - you wait for the options, press '1' for tickets, it rings a while, no one answers and then the call ends.

Am so frustrated at the minute. Can anyone please please help me??
