collecting tickets purchased in UK

Hi anyone

I have purchased 2 tickets for the game this Sunday against Betis from Ticketmaster es. and thought I could
collect from any FNAC store so long as I have my reference, debit card and passport. However I am not flying into Barcelona until Saturday. Does anyone know if the FNAC stores are open on a Saturday? I am panicking that I will not be able to pick them up!!
