Evra is one of the footballers I hate most (remember the 2008 'men vs babies' comment about Arsenal?), but even an asshole doesn't deserve the treatment he got. Suarez said something racist to him, and Evra did the right thing and reported it. He shouldn't get boo'ed for doing the right thing.

Since when has football become such a baby's game? getting boo'd is the least a Utd player should expect from Liverpool. Sheesh, Gary Neville got a lot more crap from the KOP than what Evra got.

Evra didn't get boo'd for reporting racism, he got boo'd cos Liverpool fans believe he wildly exaggerated his account of what happened and in the process besmirched a man's character for life.

All on the "balance of probabilities" too.

A Possibility of a semi final line up of:-

    Spurs vs Chelsea

    Liverpool vs Everton

Two possible derby matches in the semis...

Just seen the Chelsea goals. How touching was it to see Torres lifting his top to reveal his support for the Chilean miners.

I can predict chelsea's team now:- Cech, Bosingwa, Ivanovic, Terry, Cole, Essien, Lampard, Ramires, Malouda, Torres, Mata.

Our team will probably be:- Reina, Johnson, Skrtel, Agger, Enrique, Downing, Spearing, Henderson, Bellamy, Gerrard, Suarez.

Even though we've owned chelsea recently, they are in much better form than us and are the better team. So they should be the favourites like the bookies are making them.

My gut tells me that Chelsea will win. As my gut told me in August we'd win the league cup, but I never had that feeling with the FA cup in our run to the final. Plus the everton curse on us too. If you don't know every time we have played and beaten Everton in the fa cup semi final, we have lost the final. In 1950, 1971 and 1977.

Chelsea team will be - Cech, Ivanovic, Luiz/Cahill, Terry, Cole, Mikel, Lampard, Ramires, Mata, Torres, Drogba.

one of Luiz and Cahill will be back maybe both, and i think Chelsea may start Torres out wide with Drogba through the middle.

They will probably rest one of Torres or Drogba, I doubt both will start.

If we're talking curses, there is the Kenny Dalglish curse on Chelsea. He's never lost to them as manager (maybe even as player, not sure), in his present and previous reign.

But generally, my gut feeling matches yours.

    Line ups:

Chelsea: cech - bosingwa, terry, ivanovic, cole - mikel, meireles, - remires, lampard, mata - drogba

Liverpool: reina - johnson, skertel, agger, jose enrique - gerrard, spearing - downing, henderson, suarez - carroll

both teams going with 4-2-3-1 formation. chelsea ofcourse have more depth in their squad than liverpool, on paper it looks like a chelsea win but will have to see what liverpool can do.

    come on liverpool!

itv talking about terry: " when the whistle goes the team mates know they are safe on the pitch " something roughly like that but the funny thing is there's an emphasis on the 'on the pitch' part
