    Default Copa del Rey: Osasuna(0) - (4)FC Barcelona 1-2

    Copa del Rey - 1/8 2nd leg

    Date: Thursday, 01-12-2012 22:00

    Competition: Copa del Rey

    Stadium: Reyno de Navarra

    City: Pamplona

    Capacity: 19.800

We have more than a foot firmly set in the next round. So I see this as a perfect opportunity to field a side completely made in our firm. So sweet such a day gonna be...

    ---------------Valdes/Mino
    Montoya---Bartra----Fontas---Muniesa
    -----------------JDS
    -------Thiago-----------Roberto
    Deulofeu/Tello----Cesc---------Cuenca

Bench : Mino/Valdes, Pique, Xavi, Iniesta, Messi, Pedro, Rafinha

I believe this team could easily get the job done. Can mix it up a li'l and field a stronger team too

He will play anyway, you should give him an exception

I think Guardiola will play this lineup:

    Pinto
    Pique Masche Fontas
    Thiago Sergio JDS Cesc
    Cuenca Messi Pedro

Clear the bench for this one.

    Pinto
    Adriano Masch Fontas
    Thiago Iniesta Cesc Maxwell
    Pedro Alexis Cuenca

Then rest Cesc and Iniesta for the Betis game.

Will Sergi Roberto be with the first team until Keita returns?

Kinda depends on what side Osasuna put out, but with our not so convincing away from, i wouldn't expect an easy win. (although after winning 4-0 in the first leg, i guess thats not so bad)

I think it will probably be a draw, hopefully we'll stick to 4-3-3 away from home.

Messi needs to step it up -if he plays-. One goal in 11 away games isnt best player in the world kinda form. Could well be Maxwells last appearance?

Cuenca, Roberto & Montoya travel to Pamplona
Paolo Maldini - "In my opinion, Messi should win the Golden Ball each year. He's an unbelievable player."

That's what Sport has reported, over JDS

valdes with the barcelona shirt black suits him perfectly.

makes me want to see him actually playing in midfield. i think he would do perfectly well in the pivot position in lesser games.

i remember valencia had a pre season game against united in 08/09 (or 09/10 don'r remember) they made all 11 substitutes at the half time and just 5-10 minutes after the half time they had a injury and moya, the reserve goalkeeper were the only one on the bench. he went out there and played in midfield and did actually pretty well against united.
