should be a good one, hope iniesta plays a bit & gets a decent reception.

We should have too much for them though, 1-3 win.

Glad we had the Copa match to warm up our engines.

I expect a relatively comfortable night for the boys.

    0-3.
Alfredo Di Stéfano, Real Madrid's greatest ever player and the honorary president, spoke out. "Barcelona's football was simply brilliant," he said in his weekly column. "Their superiority was there for the whole planet to see: the whites were cornered all game. Barcelona play football and dance. They treat the ball with adoration and respect, almost nurturing it. To see this team in action is a delight."

Asspanyol always save their best for us.

We should beat them though if we are really up for it. Hope Iniesta plays.

I do wonder if the Don will indeed start, doesn't seem to be a need to rush him into it...He looked his usual imperious self in that training session but you could see there were instructions to not challenge the player as well...I think even Pep alluded to not rushing him into 90 min....Perhaps he comes on as a 2nd half sub?

3 important points .. Alexis and Messi will lead the team with much greatness .. I reckon the best 11 we have .. VV - Alves - Masch (Puyol) - Pique - Abidal - Sergio B. - Xavi - Iniesta - Cesc - Messi - Alexis ..

Asspanyol will play the match of the season for them .. but with both team's form .. it would be no problem ..

Well. They do. They just don't boo the Don anymore.

I'm shitting my pants actually. Away game. Perhaps no Iniesta. Could be tricky. If we start our first away game of the season with a manita though, I'm sure we'll win the treble this year.
(...) and Carrick was faced with Xavi and Iniesta coming past him, and Messi in behind him. That’s 3rd, 2nd and 1st in last year’s World Footballer of the Year award forming a triangle around him – he desperately needed help (...)

    - ZonalMarking

Barca hold a key advantage here again, however, where Busquets has carved out a niche in shadowing deep-lying attackers. He knows what they eat for breakfast.

    - Paul Morrissey

sure it's a tough venue to be at .. but Iniesta is ready since he trained with the group since Monday .. and maybe he'll get the clearance tomorrow or on saturday .. Barca should have no problem beating them .. the current form is our best so far this season .. the full team (just without Villa and Afellay) is ready ..

We scored a manita last year, they arent better than last year, but we are. Im confident we will get the 3 points.
Thank you Pep, forever in our hearts!!!
