hello,i have booked 2 tickets from internet from ServiCaixa site for a barcelona game on april.i would like to know is it better to collect them from the stadium or from the ServiCaixa offices?and do i have to take my credit card also with me?

If you want to keep the tickets as a souvenir, you will probably want to go to the stadium - you will have to queue a little, but the tickets will have FCB branding.

Alternatively, you can get your tickets printed at any Servicaixa ATM in Spain - very quick and easy but the tickets are generic.

In both cases you need the credit card used to pay for the tickets.

thanks for your quick reply.maybe i will go in the stadium(FCB branding reason )Am i going to que more than half an hour?and if i want to take them from any Servicaixa ATM in barcelona,where can i find them?one final question,the credit card i used isnt mine,so i have to have with me the owners id with me also.hope its not a problem.

I've collected tickets once from the stadium - I think I had to wait about 20 minutes.

As for where to find ServiCaixa ATMs, just walk around the city and you'll soon see one. If you use an ATM you don't need any ID (but you do need the PIN).

I can't recall whether I needed to show ID at the stadium when collecting tickets, but I suspect I did. However, I don't know about collecting tickets when you're not the card owner. You could always try, and then if they refuse just go to an ATM.
