Impossible to tell really.
Things can change very rapidly and unpredictably. But as things stand now, there is no possibility of that happening anytime soon

If the current revenue sharing isn't changed... never. It's just impossible for anyone to beat Barca/Madrid to the title with the current distribution. Unless something changes, we'll never see a different champion.
