    If we do end up meeting Madrid I have supreme confidence we can get the win. You can tell pep wants this trophy...and revenge is always sweet. The boys would want this win for sure.

    I hope we dont end up switching roles from last season.. us getting the CDR they getting the Liga and probably the CL

    Same here. I mean I always knew that there was a high possibility that we'd meet... but already in the 1/4?

    I'm fearing an 8 clasico season: 2 supercup rounds (done), 2 La Liga rounds (halfway), 2 copa rounds (seems 95% likely) and two CL rounds... (wont know until we're done with leverkusen).

    8 clasicos in one season... has this been done before?

    I'm praying we end up in seperate groupe in CL.

    I think 9 official games would be the absolute maximum but that could only happen if either Barca or Madrid won the Europa league the season before and subsequently met in the UEFA Super Cup. And thats not likely to happen ever.

    I think theoretically they could also meet at the Club World Cup if the tournament is hosted in Spain, with either Barca or RM winning the CL and the other winning the league.
